How do I book a tour?
Choose a tour, fill in a short booking request or message us on WhatsApp. We check availability with the supplier and confirm all the details with you – date, final price and pickup – before the booking is finalised.
Are the prices on the website final?
The prices on the website are shown for your convenience and may change according to season, availability and pickup area. The final price is given to you for approval before the booking is finalised.
Is there hotel pickup?
On some tours pickup is included and on others there is a surcharge depending on your hotel's area. Pickup details appear on each tour's page, and we confirm them with the supplier for your hotel.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow a sea trip?
Sea trips depend on sea conditions and on decisions by the authorities, and some marine parks close for part of the year. If a trip is cancelled because of the weather, we'll let you know and help you find another date or an alternative in line with the supplier's policy.
Do I need to pay in advance?
At the moment bookings are arranged personally: we confirm availability and price and let you know how payment works before the booking is finalised.
Phuket tours and attractions – what to know

When do sea trips operate?
Sea trips depend on the weather and the season. Some marine parks, such as the Similan Islands, are closed for part of the year, and trips may be cancelled on a given day because of sea conditions. We update you on availability before booking and if anything changes.
